Flexible Working Arrangments
Flexibility in your role will mean different things dependant on the position you hold at Awen. This could mean a hybrid model, where your location choices could include any of our venues, working from home or other suitable location.
You may also have to attend on site meeting s if this is part of your role. Where staff work on a rota, we strive to support flexibility where possible, with shift swapping or changes.
We know how important it is for our staff to take a break away from work and that is why we offer 25 days paid holiday.
(This is in addition to the eight days annual public holidays.)
