Mae'r gwaith yn mynd rhagddo'n dda ar ailddatblygiad y Pafiliwn Mawr.

Mae gwaith adfer mewnol ac allanol ar y gweill yn dda, i baratoi ar gyfer dechrau'r prif waith. Mae gwaith tynnu'r to bitwmen bron â gorffenedig ac mae gwaith pentyrru bellach wedi dechrau ar yr ochr ddwyreiniol, gyda gwaith ddaear i ddilyn.

Mae llawr yr awditoriwm, ardal y llwyfan, balwstradau'r oriel uchaf a nodweddion ar y cromen yn cael eu diogelu'n llawn.
