As a charity, we rely on the dedication and support of volunteers, who kindly offer their time and skills across the organisation.

Whether it's working front-of-house at one of our theatres, supporting our team of rangers at Bryngarw Country Park, or getting involved in a heritage or library activity, there are roles to suit all interests and availability at Awen.
Research* shows that volunteers find volunteering an enjoyable experience, feel they make a difference, benefit from new social connections, feel less isolated, and have improved their mental health and wellbeing.
