Gender Pay Gap 2025

Gender Pay Gap 2025

Latest results show Awen’s lowest recorded figures.

Awen has voluntarily published its 2025 Gender Pay Gap figures, showing a continued improvement compared to previous years.

At the snapshot date, Awen employed 148 people (98 women and 50 men).

Our 2025 figures are:

  • Mean gender pay gap: 7.87% (down from 10.97% in 2024)

  • Median gender pay gap: 2.48% (down from 10.05% in 2024)

These results represent Awen’s lowest recorded gender pay gap, reflecting steady progress over time. The figures indicate that women and men are paid broadly comparably at the midpoint of our pay structure, with remaining differences driven by the distribution of roles rather than unequal pay for the same work.

Although not required to do so, Awen publishes its gender pay gap data voluntarily as part of our commitment to fairness, transparency and equality.
