Whether you are leading someone to a theatre seat, facilitating boiling and rumbling in our libraries or handling figures in our office, we want to make our customers get an excellent service, see a smile on the face, strive for ‘ always to improve, respect everyone and be fair in everything we do. Wherever you are Awen, we hope your work will be worthwhile and enjoyable, and if you want to develop, we are keen to train and help our people to help you move closer to what you would like to be.
