In Awen, our purpose is very simply ‘to make people’s lives better’, and that is true of our people too. We want our people to be happy, have fun and enjoy working at Awen. It is important for us that we have mutual trust, that you have the freedom to be creative, and be empowered to do your best at work. Whether you’re leading someone to a theatre seat, facilitating a Bounce and Rhyme Session in our libraries or handling figures in our office, we want to make sure our customers get an excellent service , see a smile on the face, constantly strive to improve, be respectful to all and be fair in everything we do. Wherever you are in Awen, we hope you find that your work is worthwhile and enjoyable, and if you want to develop, we are keen to train and help our people to help you move closer to where you would like to be. Our people are our success and you could be part of that success.
