Working with us Working for us +

In Awen, our purpose is simply to ‘make people’s lives better’, and that is true of our people too. We want our people to be happy, have fun and enjoy working at Awen. It is important that we have mutual trust, that you have the freedom to be creative and have your power to do your best at work. Whether you are leading someone to a theatre seat, facilitating boiling and rumbling in our libraries or handling figures in our office, we want to make our customers get an excellent service, see a smile on the face, strive for ‘ always to improve, respect everyone and be fair in everything we do. Wherever you are Awen, we hope your work will be worthwhile and enjoyable, and if you want to develop, we are keen to train and help our people to help you move closer to what you would like to be.
